Sleeps 4 with sleeper sofa on the main level and queen with 3/4 bath in loft. Relax in the outdoor hot tubs or take a dry or steam sauna after skiing/boarding/cross country skiing or working out in the fitness center. Offering one week every other month=6 to 7 weeks a year. For more days, take advantage of the space available program included with the rental program. Enjoy meeting your neighbors at the KCA clubhouse with pool, fitness center, owners lounge, sauna and kids play area. HOA dues include KCA dues. 3% KCA transfer fee not included.
