Jessica was awesome to work with. As a first time buyer, navigating the various stages of the buying process was daunting - from the initial offer, to counter, to the inspections & contingencies, I never felt overwhelmed because she was in my corner keeping me well informed throughout.
Jessica was really responsive to my e-mails and phone calls - often within minutes. I never felt like the process was in limbo - we went from initial offer to possession in under a month. Total pro, totally type-A, helping line up the inspections, working with my lender, mediating on my behalf with the seller.
As a newcomer to the area she was also incredibly well in-tune with the local ecosystem - things like pointing out reliable businesses, community and market trends, and simply where to go for a coffee or a beer.
I think I got incredibly lucky selecting Jessica randomly from the list of agents on offer for the ad for my eventual home - it admittedly wasn't particularly deliberate - I just wanted to get in touch with someone that could show me some places in South Lake after being fixated on the north shore of the lake.
