I can't say enough great things about Jess. I found her via Zillow in June/July of 2020. We worked together for about 6 months until I found my perfect home!
I can probably write 10 pages about how great she has been to work with but here are the highlights:
- CA/NV licensed so she can help on either side of the lake! (I started out looking in CA and ended up purchasing in NV)
- NOT PUSHY! Jessica is the opposite of a salesy, pushy agent. She really truly cares about her clients well being and them getting a good deal. In fact, she goes above and beyond to point out all the potential negatives of a place vs a typical agent fluffs everything up and only highlights the good things. You really know what you're getting into when you have Jessica as your agent.
- Super knowledgeable about Tahoe. You can tell she's a local. She knows every nook and cranny of Lake Tahoe (including fun stuff to do while there). She also knows most agents in town so that can help during negotiations.
- ALWAYS has your best interest at heart. Can't stress this enough. She wants you to be happy with everything and makes sure to be honest and professional at all times
-has a construction background as well so she can help with remodel ideas / rough costs
- enjoyable to work with. Jess has a wonderful personality, is fun, bubbly charming and knows her craft inside and out. Can't ask for anything else!
Overall I HIGHLY recommend Jessica as your agent. I wouldn't even think of buying/selling another home in Tahoe without her help.
