I couldn't recommend Jessica more highly! My wife and I just moved into a beautiful new home in South Lake Tahoe, and primarily because of her, our experience went very smoothly. First off, she's a very nice, knowledgeable, patient and communicative person. She also knows the area very well and was able to steer us into a neighborhood which was suitable for us. She had great advice when it came to what offer to make for the property. We are out-of-town buyers, and since we couldn't be there in person for the inspection she made sure she was available. She responded to our emails very quickly, and was always eager to go the extra length to ensure that there was good communication between our lender and escrow company. We would use her again any day, and also will heartily recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for a great realtor in the area!
