Jessica has been the best realtor we've ever met. We just happened to randomly meet her at an open house one afternoon. We didn't have an agent in the South Lake Tahoe area, and were just starting our search there. We popped into this open house minutes before she was closing and hit it off with her immediately. Though she was getting ready to go to another appointment, she didn't make us feel rushed at all and answered all our questions.
What impressed us about her initially was her deep knowledge about the area and the finer details about the construction of the house she was showing us. From there, she just continued to impress us. After that open house, Jessica immediately scheduled another showing for us the next day at a house we were interested in seeing - but that did not have any open houses listed yet. I remember that she finalized the showing on a Saturday night while she was out at dinner! That's service :) Well, her quick work paid off and the next house was our dream house! While it's true that any realtor can show you a house, where Jessica stands above the rest was her strategic advice (you'll have to engage her to learn her offer-winning tips) for what ended up being a very popular house. It was by following her counsel that our offer was accepted (over several others). We really couldn't have done this without Jessica. And to top it all off, she continued her great customer service through the escrow process and beyond! Not only did she attend all the inspections on our behalf, she was in constant contact with us, the sellers, the title company, and our bank to make sure everything went smoothly. As we neared our closing date, she personally took trash the sellers left behind to the dump and then removed all the snow from our driveway (shoveling some of it herself!) the day before we arrived to take possession. When I say she does it all, I'm not kidding. I've never met such a hard working realtor. Because I could go on and on, I'll just close with, I could not recommend Jessica more if you're looking for a home in the South Lake Tahoe area. She cannot be beat. It's not just the big things either - she's a maven with details. She prepared snacks and toys for our kids during our final walk through that kept them occupied so we could really focus on the house before we closed escrow. You don't feel like Jessica is your realtor, you feel like she's an old friend helping you with a big purchase.
