Jessica is simply the best.
We were fortunate to find Jess while house hunting in the South Lake Tahoe area. Jess comes with 100% energy and always treated us like we were her only client, even though she was juggling plenty more.
Due to pandemic, making the trip from the Bay to SLT was not always the easiest. Jess routinely would preview a house and FaceTime it for us. In the areas with poor cell signal, she would even make detailed videos of the properties with very thoughtful and detailed vocal notes.
Jess has lots of knowledge on the home construction side of things as well. This proved super valuable for us as she would spot things most casual eyes will miss. Jess showed up for our home inspection so we could get her first-hand opinion on the home (along with our inspection report).
So, I could keep writing good things about Jess. But, probably the highest praise I could offer is that we always felt like we were working with a friend and not a business.
